Coach Dani Filipek
COACHING & EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
I believe in holistic, supportive, and nurturing coaching from the 5k to ultra marathons. As a mother, I value finding balance in life and have experience both running through pregnancy and returning to pregnancy postpartum. I also specialize in trauma-informed coaching and have professional experience working with individuals who need a coach to understand how these experiences affect their everyday life.
Prior to working at FFR, I was an assistant coach at Romeo Middle School, Head Track & Cross Country coach at Cleary University, and coach of the Hansons Running Shop Tuesday Night Speed Sessions for adults. I have coached athletes of all ages and abilities from walk/running to 100 milers. Whether it is training for life, a Boston Qualifier, an OTQ, an age group win, or new shiny PR, I would love to help! |
