Why hire a running coach?


Whether you have been running for years or just beginning, a running coach can help keep you motivated and accountable for your goals. A structured plan is a great way to succeed, but it's even more valuable to have someone to reach out to on a day-to-day basis. When is an injury too serious to run through? How fast should easy runs be? How does one properly fuel for the marathon to avoid "bonking"? I've been a coach for many years and a runner for even longer. I want to use my experience to help you determine what paces you should be training at, how to fit running into your busy lifestyle, and how to set up your schedule to peak for a certain race. I'll take the guesswork out of your training so you can focus on the running!
