Owner/Coach KatieCoaching Specialty: 5k - Marathon, Roads/Track, All abilities
My favorite part of coaching is building interpersonal relationships with each of my athletes, and I enjoy working with any level runner in events from the 5k-marathon. I am here to support you, whether you want to snag a BQ, build a heathier lifestyle, compete in your first race, or try to win your age group. I have my bachelor's degree in Human Biology & Health from Cornell University and my Masters in Public Health from Boston University. I often refer to the information I've gathered about biology, nutrition, anatomy & physiology, and psychology to tweak my athletes' training plans and work with them holistically. I strive for the runners I coach to feel supported as a human, not just as a runner.

Coach JenCoaching Specialty: 5k - Marathon, Roads
All abilities Coaching is so much more than writing training plans. It is about getting to know your athletes on a personal level. I believe that your mindset and mental approach to training and racing makes just as much as an impact as your physical training. A coach is someone who helps you through down periods and is flexible in their approach to training— while also motivating you and holding you accountable to your training in the right way. While I have experience training at a competitive level, I believe that my strength as a coach comes from my ability to relate to those balancing training with life, work, and being a parent. I love to help others reach their goals while building a plan that fits realistically into their busy schedules.

Coach RachelCoaching Specialty: 1 mile- Marathon, Roads/Track, All abilities
For some coaches, personalization means selecting a pre-made training plan based on just the number of weeks in the buildup and target weekly mileage. To me, though, your personal training plan will take several other key factors into consideration, including: family commitments, work schedule, injury history, preferences for workout/off days, access to facilities and equipment, opportunities to train with others, and desired race frequency. My job as your coach is to help you navigate the inevitable hiccups in training and make the tough, but necessary decisions. I will work to create a plan that keeps you moving towards your overall goal, while ensuring you can focus on what’s most important: your health, your family, your livelihood, and your general well-being.
